Definition of “Child"
For the purposes of the present Convention, a child means every human being below the age of eighteen years unless under the law applicable to the child, majority is attained earlier.

Every child has the right to survival the right to have enough food, appropriate shelter, high standard of health care and attentions from the society with the provision of a legal name and nationality.
Right to protection
Every child has the right to be protected from sexual abuse, trafficking and exploitation, the worst form of labor, violence, without a family, arm conflict, refugee, negligence, discrimination and drug use.
Right to development
Every child has the right to have all kinds of educations – formal and non formal – adoration, recreation and leisure as well as appropriate information to develop themselves physically, mentally, emotionally, morally and socially.
Right to participation
Right to participation
Every child has the right to participate in the media and in the formation of the associations/groups that serve the children and society, and the right to express their opinion which are fully taken into consideration and valued as well as right to take part in every appropriate social activity.
